How to buy medicines online with Zeno Health:
1. You can purchase medicines by using a search or by clicking pictures of your medicines and sharing them with us on the app. To ensure trust and medical guidelines are followed, we require you to submit your prescription as well, if applicable.
2. Fill in your address where you want to get the medicines delivered.
3. Our partners will call you to confirm your order and we will get the medicine to you at the doorstep and you can pay us there with your preferred mode of payment. (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Cash are all accepted )

Rude behaviour
Your customer service department doesn't have sense to talk to the customer. They are very rude, 0 politeness in the tone and unprofessional. Its the 3rd time wid me i am experiencing this and this time was pathetic. I spoke to one of yur executive miss pooja there and she had no respect, no empathy for the medicines which were not available at yur end. She was too rude to handle and eventually i had to disconnect the call without even listening to her all for MY medicines.
Start some call monitoring things there or some pip platform so that executives can learn

It is simply the next Revolution
My health and medicine bills are now 80% reduced. I now don’t have to worry about costly and senseless branded drugs. The authentic generic drugs provided by zeno are life saver.
Please don’t compare it with food delivery or other startup. It is is medicine sector that too with very less margin, more functionality and infra will mean more costly medicine. Please keep everything as it is, if possible please ship the medicine across country
Useless, Waste, Zero stock app
Useless app.... Every time when i order they dont have stock and they call me to ask shud i send an alternate... everytime they want us to give alternate.... and they had return express delivery in 3 hours... common u people dont have stock how u will deliver it in 3 hours.. pathetic app dont download... its good to walk a little and purchase from local chemist instead of giving order to zeno health... its not zeno health.. It is ZERO STOCK HEALTH
